Our doors are made from aluminium slats along with a reinforced bottom slat, while lightweight they are extremely strong, which ensures that the contents of your garage are protected. In addition, the patented auto lock system which attaches to the octagonal barrel and top slat, provides further security by making it very difficult force the door open. The remote controls also cannot be cloned. Upgrading to the larger 77mm slats also provides further heightened security.

All our heavier doors will always be fitted with a safety brake as an additional fail-safe security measure. A safety brake is a simple mechanical device similar to those found in seat belts which resists sudden force, the barrel is prevented from moving should the door begin to fall and therefore even if all other safety systems fail the safety brake will prevent the door from falling.

All our roller garage doors are electric, which means that they can be operated with the push of a button from the 2 remotes provided. For security, the remote control cannot be cloned.

As standard the remote controls feature a ‘Hold to Run’, sometimes known as a ‘Dead Man’s Switch’, which means the system will automatically stop the moment you stop pressing the up down button on the remote. We also have an optional safety edge which can be added to automate your garage door, which means it automatically stops and reverses if it hits an obstacle. The door runs on a single press of the remote or control box with the safety edge fitted.

As standard, all our doors come with 2 wireless remote controls (additional are available on request), a wired control box which fixes to your garage wall and an emergency hand cranks system which allows the door to operate without power. To ensure that our electric roller garages run smoothly throughout their lives we only use the highest quality components

All our range of doors minimise heat loss by using CFC free foam insulated slats to help keep your garage warm and insulate against sound, which is important if your garage is attached to your home. Our guides also contain a brush seal to reduce any draft and also t makes the door much quieter during operation.

The bottom slat is also fitted with a rubber bottom seal which provides an effective seal against drafts and water ingress at the bottom of the door – but only as good as the garage floor!

Along with our colour range all our slats are coated with an anti-corrosive, abrasion resistant paint, making them low maintenance and also extremely easy to clean, all they will require is a wipe down from time to time.

Our collection of roller garage doorsare available in a choice of 16 standard colours, including 3 painted wood-effect colours, as well as an additional 4 colours finished in a laminate wood-effect. These finishes are designed to complement exactly the finish offered by uPVC double glazing frames. As an option it is possible to have both guides and hood colour matched to the door curtain also.

As garages come in all shapes and sizes, our roller garage doors are made to measure and available in two different slat sizes that accommodate different garages. These variations are 55mm and 77mm slat sizes.

For smaller garages that only have a minimal amount of headroom at the top, our 55mm slats are for you. For larger garages that require a heightened amount of security, rigidity and thermally efficiency we have 77mm slats.

Our roller shutter garage doors are very reliable and easy to maintain, regardless of the colour you choose. Just simply clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, regular maintenance will keep your colour choice true to when it was first installed.
